Half a year! Here's a dozen pictures of him today:





























Dean is a very happy boy. I love him.

His stats? I actually didn't write them down at the doctors. He's healthy and about average in weight, height, and head size.

He rolls over his left shoulder from back to front, but he doesn't roll any other way. (it's more normal for 6 mo. babies to roll both ways)

He sits like a champ. He needs only fall protection. He can sit, but he tips over sometimes. (which is a little ahead of normal)

He sleeps like an angel. Not only does he look angelic while he's asleep, but he puts himself to sleep. All he needs is a blanket, burp cloth, or his bear to snuggle with and he goes to sleep easy. He sleeps on his back, side, and tummy. He takes 3 naps and goes to bed for the night between 7 and 8pm. He sometimes sleeps straight until 6 or 7am, but most often he wakes up at 5am for a bottle then returns to bed for that last hour or two.

We've had some trouble with constipation for the last few weeks. :( I think that we'll do all right, if I continue to give him a couple teaspoons of Dark Karo Syrup every day.

I am so grateful to have Dean. I love being a mom.
